Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply to the Bitstackly website at bitstackly.com and to the account, deposit, lock, and withdrawal features offered there. By creating an account or sending crypto to an address shown in your account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
Bitstackly lets you open an account, choose a lock length, and send crypto to the deposit address shown for that asset. A deposit stays pending until it is confirmed in the account. After confirmation, the USD amount recorded for that deposit is locked for the plan you chose. The dashboard shows that amount and the stated return accruing in a straight line until the lock ends.
Bitstackly is not a bank, broker, or exchange. Balances shown in the account are records of confirmed deposits and the plan attached to them. They are not a bank deposit and they are not insured.
Plans
The lock you select has a fixed length and a stated return for that whole period:
- 90 days: 2.5%
- 180 days: 5.5%
- 365 days: 10%
Those figures are the plan rates shown in the product. They are not a yearly compounded rate, and they are not a quote of what the crypto market will do. Any calculator on the public page that uses a different illustrative rate is an illustration only. The rate that applies to you is the plan recorded when the deposit is confirmed.
Deposits
Send only the asset and network named on the deposit screen. A transfer on another network, or of another asset, can be lost. Bitstackly does not control the blockchain and cannot reverse a transfer.
Stablecoins listed as such in the product are credited one USD per unit. For every other asset, the USD amount is the amount entered when the deposit is confirmed. Until that confirmation, the deposit is pending and is not part of your locked balance.
A deposit can be rejected before confirmation. Only a confirmed deposit follows the plan and end date shown on the dashboard.
Locks and withdrawals
A confirmed amount stays locked until the end date of its plan. Withdrawal of that amount is available after the lock ends. You provide the destination address. You are responsible for that address and for the network you name. A withdrawal request can be rejected if the lock has not ended, if the address is unusable, or if the account is under review.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse a registration, close an account used for abuse, or reject a pending deposit.
Do not enter a seed phrase or a private key. The import screen is not a connected wallet. A real recovery phrase typed there is not stored as a wallet import, and it should never be sent to a website.
Risk
Crypto can drop in price, a network can congest or fail, and a wrong address or network can mean the funds do not arrive. Nothing on the site is financial, tax, or legal advice. Decide for yourself whether a lock fits you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to hide the source of funds, to interfere with the service, or to access an account that is not yours.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date above changes when we do. A lock that is already confirmed keeps the plan and USD amount recorded at confirmation. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
