Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Bitstackly (bitstackly.com) collects when you use the site, and how that information is used. It sits next to the Terms of Service.

Account information

When you register, we store your email, username, and a hash of your password. We do not store the password itself. If you set a wallet ID, we store that too. The date the account was created is stored with the account.

Deposits and withdrawals

When you start a deposit, we store the asset, the amount, the plan you chose, a reference, the status, and the USD amount once it is confirmed. When you request a withdrawal, we store the asset, the destination address you enter, a reference, and the status of the request.

Deposit addresses shown in the product are the operator’s receiving addresses. A transfer you send is also recorded on the public blockchain for that network. Anyone can read a public chain.

Sessions

A login uses a session cookie so the site knows which account is open. The cookie ends when you log out or when the session expires. It is used to run the account, not to advertise to you on other sites.

Messages to the operator

If Telegram alerts are turned on for this installation, a new registration or a new deposit can send the operator a notice with the username, email, asset, amount, and plan. That notice goes only to the operator’s Telegram chat. It is not sent to other customers.

What the browser loads

The public page asks your browser to load prices from CoinGecko and, if that fails, from our own price endpoint. Pages also load the Inter font from Google Fonts. Those services receive the usual technical data a browser sends, such as an IP address. We do not control their policies.

Seed phrases

Do not type a seed phrase or a private key into the site. The import screen is not connected to a wallet. If a phrase is submitted there, it is not saved as an account secret and it is not used to move funds. Treat any phrase you have typed into a website as exposed, and move the funds with a new phrase from your own wallet.

How long we keep it

Account, deposit, and withdrawal records stay for as long as the account exists and for as long as we need them to operate the locks, handle a dispute, or meet a legal duty. You can ask us to close an account. A confirmed lock still has to run to its end date before the related balance can be withdrawn.

Sharing

We do not sell account information. We share it with a service only when that is required to run the site, such as the host that stores the database, or when the law requires it.
